Yusuf brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding and logistics. Few people know the industry from as many angles, from booking space in peak season to resolving the exceptions that keep cargo off schedule.

Over his career he has built a deep network of trusted agents around the world and excellent relationships with the major shipping lines. That network is at the heart of what Halcyon offers its clients: competitive rates, reliable space and a partner on the ground wherever your cargo is going. As CEO, he puts that expertise to work on every route Halcyon serves.

Keeping the numbers as clear as the tracking.

Gavish oversees Halcyon’s finances, from pricing discipline and cash flow to the controls that give clients and partners confidence in every invoice. He holds a bachelor’s degree and is a part-qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA).

He built his foundation in audit at a Big Four firm, before gaining wider experience of Mauritius’s financial services landscape, notably within a management company. With a critical business mind, he brings rigour and transparency to how Halcyon operates and grows.

Adarsh keeps Halcyon’s shipments moving day to day. With a solid background in freight operations, he coordinates bookings, documentation and carrier updates so that cargo stays on schedule from origin to destination.
